D-Day and Candy Canes
Tomorrow is D-Day. The first scary exam in the next two exams is tomorrow, followed by the second on Thursday. As such, Karen and I are strategizing (i.e. studying) tonight and tomorrow night like mad. MAD! But as always, we shall rock it. Like you wouldn't believe (wishful helping always is a good idea). On another note, only four more days until I get to go home. I'm really excited, and laughing a bit on the inside due to the fact that I'm going to have no room for clothes in my suitcase, it's going to be way to full with presents. This is usually a good thing, but all the presents are for someone else. Actually, I've been playing Santa's little helper a lot this, and to be perfectly honest with you, I love it. It really helps me get into the spirit, and the spirit must be had. Another Karen, Chawn and I did was to make a big dinner on Sunday night for ourselves and my big brothers (except for Ty, but that is merely because he lives six hours away...if he was closer, it would have been for him too!). It was delicious. Parmasiana chicken, baked hash browns, with ceasar salad, which Karen followed up with candy cane cheesecake and banana cream pie. YUM! My belly was so full that it is only now returning to its original size. Ah, yummy chicken, you engorge my belly. Remember kiddies, if you need me to do any Christmas shopping for you, I'm going to Metrotown on Friday, and I can wrap the presents for you. More strangeness yet to come.
