I'm Roxie Hart, Y'all

K, this post has nothing to do with the title. Yep, another one. Actually, this post in honour of being done all my essays for the semester (until exams) I thought that I would reply to a few people. Well, two, to start this blog off. To Jamie, got some more amazing shows for you and don't get to stressed out. Can't wait to talk to you, you know for more than five minutes and let's do without the depressing topic next time. To Candice: 1)I can't wait to see you this weekend and to meet Jace! I'm really stoked! and 2) Lance came out, which really makes our days back in high school when we fought over him seem more silly than they already did (this is the first time in like five years that I have admitted to fighting over him...take this to your grave!) Aside from those notes, I get to go hang out with Karen tonight. Pretty stoked about that, as I've barely seen her in the past few weeks. On top of that I'm totally into my show (So You Think You Can Dance). It totally kicks ass. And another note to Jamie, I've been flicking through the channels and have ahppened across Superstar: Supernova a few times (including last nights episode). Although the show does, as you say, rock there are way to many spinny annoying girls on it right now. I can think of two that I want to get booted. But I think crazy piercing chick and Patrice are cool. That is all for now. I shall discuss more zany sides of me laterz. More stangeness yet to come.

Papers, papers, and oh yeah, more papers

Hey all. This will my last post for a while...surprise surprise. Too busy with school right now to do anything else...sorry! Aside from that, life is a bundle of stress. I'm just about ready to snap...although I think I'm in a pretty good mood considering my evetual breakdown. Arg. Away I go. Only twenty more pages of papers by next week! Yes! More strangeness yet to come.

Come Again?

Um, so I just realized that there is only like three weeks left of the semester, and this has resulted in a MAJOR panic attack. Isn't that just lovely? Aside from that, nothing is new. Nothing is exciting. Although in my class yesterday, we had an exercise in ranting, and for some reason I seemed to excel in it. Okay, don't feel like being all chitty-chat right now (definate nod to James on that one). Arg, school. More strangeness yet to come.

Gokusen = Yakuza Sensei

Hay all. Once again, it is time for one of my review blogs. This one is brought to you by the magic of youtube, and all its delicious foreign programming. Yay! (Or if I was Japanese Sugoi!) Ahem. My new little hobbie *cough cough* obsession *cough* is the direct result of my dear friend Jamie. See, although I have been a big fan of the asian film for many years, it wasn't until the end of April that Jamie pointed out to me a wonderful little website called youtube which contains the subbed versions of many popular asian dramas. And thus, Super Egg was born! As, SE I have spent many hours watching strange programming and giggling to myself, yes even talking to myself. At these moments, I usually glance around to make sure that no one has caught me in such an embarrassing act, and then once again lose myself in all the drama. My favourites right now (all of which can be convientiently shortened into initials) Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: we all know I'm a crazy obsessed fan to begin with, and with all the cheesiness abounding in this live action version, and a much darker plotline, this show is very addictive. It Started With a Kiss: the course of true love has never run smooth. Especially if it is on an asian drama filled with quirky plot twists and a stupid boy who just can't admit how he feels. Regardless, excessively swoon worthy. My Name Is Kim Sam Soon: Love, intrigue, again crazy twists and turns, and lots and lots of cakes and cookies. Yum. Sweet 18: Marriage is never easy. Especially when it is arranged between a 28 year old prosecutor and an 18 year old deliquent. Ah, the sparks. My Girl: The con is on, but who will be 'had' in the end? Gokusen: Yakuza Sensei...There is no detention, only retribution. There are so many more, but this is what I will leave all with for now. But if you are interested, keep checking in and I will keep updating on the situation. I should write taglines or something, shouldn't I? Career choice! More strangeness yet to come.
