Verging on annoyance...

Okay, so I was gonna pop in for a quick little update, cuz, you know it's been a while. That was before I had to create a whole new account in order to use my already created blog. I mean, c'mon, is that really necessary? Everything was all hunky dorey beofre I had to go and join yet another website I had no intention of joining in order to enjoy the mundane little things that have been available to me for going on a year and half now. That is just rediculous. ARG! All of this frustration just to tell everyone that the faculty has approved my application for graduation (like they wouldn't)...however, I'm kinda grumpy now, and that is never a good thing. I'd like to give 'em a ya! A HIIIIYA! A ha! And then I'd kick 'em sir. Not much other funness in my life. Oh, however, fun fun stuff...my dad sent me a biology exam from when he was in university. It was one that he did very well in, and he proceeded to tell me that he won. Yep, that's how my family rolls...vengeance and competitiveness that equals a need to win against anyone. It's a tough way to grow up, but that's ok, I mean, my family is still better than yours. Ah, the cliche-ness of that statement. Also, my mom has finished her chemo! That is amazing news for everyone in our family. We are so proud of her, and how brave she has been throughout this whole ordeal. Oh, and James...I'm pulling for you. If push comes to shove, I'll be your escape route....Asia here we come! Until then, all the dramas will have to do. What's that you all say? I'm crazy? Well crazy is as crazy does. That made absolutely no sense. Ye gods. More strangeness yet to come.

Poem entry 2

The next few posts are going to be poetry cuz my life is a mess right now which equals no time for blogging, or really grumpy angry blogging. Instead I give you poetry. Suck it up.

Pull me in and deeper down
Tightly grip this morbid clown

Taste the tears caught by my frown
Dance in the stars trapped in my gown

Find me in the maze of my mind
Seek that which I could not find

Shoot the stag, release the hind
Break these cords that tear and bind

Bring down the walls I could not scale
Rip at the earth with my brittle nails

Feel fear rush in as if impaled
Here shame enters only to fail

See me stand alone and frail
With no other likened to my kind
Look into me, be me, and drown

There you have the first. Enjoy, don't enjoy, be mildly intrigued. Frankly my dears, I don't give a damn (not now...I will in a few weeks...). More strangeness yet to come.

Holy Crap!

It's been a little too long since I've actually had the time to sit down and devote to this my delightful blog, and you, my wonderful bloggers. Sorry! I've been swamped with work. Now that the Christmas season is over and I have some time to breathe, I am now trying to find another job, so i can keep food in my kittie's belly. Not much is new with me aside from that. I really missed the folks over Christmas as I was unable to go home. That was really sad for me. Hopefully I'll get to go and visit them soon. Not much else is new...WAIT! There is one piece of news: Chawn is back! YAY! I once again have my fun roomie back...which is a bit of a transition, but is lots of fun too. We've already had many adventures, one of which involved a stratch of highway, a flood and a sinking premonition of our impending doom. Crazy how that can happen sometimes, hmmm? Jamie is AWOL right now, as she is on the opposite side of the country, and I've barely had any time for anyone. Fun thing though, is that even though Brock was unable to make it to our New Years shindig (sadness), Joe and Wes came! It was a lot of fun. And everyone got pretty silly fairly early (that's what happens when you start drinking games at 7...our bad). Wow, I really didn't think that I had this much to report. I guess I've been out of it for a while. However, I will try to get back involved with all of you again! Happy New Year! More strangeness yet to come.
